evoice masterclass on e-democracy


On September 16th, 2005, two masterclasses for civil servants of the municipalities of Dantumadeel and Groningen were organised in the City Hall of Groningen (NL). Almost 100 civil servants listened to the lectures of Ms Mary Reid and Mr Steven Clift.
