On September 15th, 2005, the evoice project organised an International Political Forum on e-democracy for the project partners and politicians from the participating countries in the Martinikerk at Groningen (NL).

The proceedings (pictures and sound) of the Political Forum have been published on a double DVD. This audio-visual consists of four levels:

• a short descriptive introduction;
• a day's impression with moving pictures and photo's;
• the launch of the community websites at Hoogkerk (Groningen) and Zwaagwesteinde (Dantumadeel) by the animated evoice logo;
• integral presentations of the lectures with sound, (moving) pictures and powerpoint presentations.
