evoice: pilots at the project locations

A contribution to enhancing the diminishing interest throughout Europe in politics can only be found in
a transnational approach
where urban and rural municipalities in various European countries join forces.

Each of them should act on the basis of its own current national legislation and regulations, local and regional settings, political and administrative culture, general culture and regional mentality of its citizens, and the differences in style between administrators and politicians in the countries and regions in Europe.

The most appropriate approach and optimal media mix for a subject or a target group cannot be found by one-off projects, but only through a learning process of experiments, evaluation and improvement.

In the pilots at the project locations, the project partners will carry out experiments to test and evaluate the multi media dialogue approach.

The rural municipalities in The Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and the United Kingdom, and the urbanised regions like the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen (FRG), the City of Kortrijk in Belgium and the City of Groningen in The Netherlands, make a comparison between rural and urban areas possible.
