To prepare the evoice project three preliminary international partner meetings were held at:

Hurdegaryp (NL) on November 28th and 29th, 2003
Bremen (FRG) on January 23rd and 24th, 2004

After the approval of the evoice project in May 2004 meetings were organised at:
