INVITATION and REGISTRATION


In co-operation with Norfolk County Council (UK), the evoice project organises its third International Political Forum on eDemocracy to be held at Norwich (UK) on May 22nd and 23rd, 2008.




The programme has an open structure and character, with enough time and opportunity for networking, exchange of opinions and expertise, and to make new contacts. The preliminary forum programme is described on the next pages.

The forum (including study tours on day 2, forum package, 2 diners, 2 lunches, as well as coffee, tea and other refreshments) is free of charge. However, the participants are requested to make their own hotel reservations and to pay for their own travel and hotel costs.

The venue of the third International Political Forum on eDemocracy is Hotel The Maids Head*** at Norwich, Norfolk, UK.



Hotel The Maids Head (84 en-suite bedrooms) is situated in a 13th century building in the middle of the historical city centre of Norwich and located opposite the famous cathedral. The hotel has just completed an extensive refurbishment that enhances it's traditional comforts, but adds a note of comtemporary style.
